LANSING – Miranda Piersol, an Oakland County resident with solid experience in sales and retail, has joined Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) as business development representative in Southeast Michigan.
She becomes the key local contact for members and prospective members in the counties of Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Washtenaw, Monroe, Huron, Lapeer, Lenawee, Monroe, Sanilac, St. Clair and Tuscola.
Most recently she was director of Hulfelt Management, a family company that procures, refurbishes and leases investment properties. She previously was sales representative for Virco Manufacturing in Jacksonville, Florida, managing furniture sales, delivery and the installation process for institutional clients.
Her career also includes positions at a medical equipment firm and at Cintas, Stein Mart and Abercrombie & Fitch.
Piersol is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a degree in journalism and a major in advertising. She and her husband reside in Bloomfield Hills.
