Jan. 1 is kick-off date for applications for MRA scholarships
Michigan Retailers Foundation, a division of Michigan Retailers Association, kicks off its annual college and professional training scholarship competition on Jan. 1, 2021 for the 2021-2022 academic year.
The Foundation will award 26 scholarships this year,
Futures for Frontliners: Free community college tuition for essential workers
Gov. Gretchen Whitmer today announced Futures for Frontliners, a program that offers free tuition to Michiganders who worked in essential industries during the April 1-June 30 period but do not have a college degree.
MRA announces 2020-21 scholarship winners
MRA’s annual scholarship competition is awarding 24 college students with scholarships totaling $36,000 for the 2020-21 academic year. The awards are funded by the Michigan Retailers Foundation and contributions from MRA members and other donors.
