Capitol Day is an annual reception hosted by the Michigan Retailers Association (MRA) to connect the retail industry with legislators, regulators, and other influential figures in Michigan. It’s an exciting opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, advocate for the retail sector, and help policymakers understand retail’s impact on the state economy.

Agenda Highlights:
Each attendee will have a custom meeting schedule, catered to their specific industry and location. We aim to keep meetings with lawmakers as relevant and impactful as possible by matching you with lawmakers who have the most influence in your area.
- Network with fellow MRA members and pick up your packet beginning at 11:00 AM
- Meet with lawmakers and committee leaders in scheduled meetings between 11:30 AM and 4:30 PM
- Connect with MRA’s team and learn about the latest member perks
- Meet Drew Beardslee, MRA’s new VP of Government Affairs!
- Enjoy an evening reception with food and cocktails from 4:30 – 6:30 PM
