Punch Card Contest

How to Enter:

Pick up a punch card at a participating retailer, or print your own at home. (Digital download available here)

Visit three Michigan-owned businesses (and more) during Thanksgiving weekend between Nov. 28-30, 2025.

Any Michigan-based business is eligible to participate and stamp/initial your punch card. 

Fill out your punch card and get a stamp or initial from each business. No purchase is necessary for entry.

Upload a photo of your completed postcard to the form on this page or email a photo of your punch card to communications@retailers.com by Dec. 5, 2025.

The $500 gift card winner will be contacted after December 8.

Submission deadline: Dec. 5, 2025
Winner Notification: Dec. 8-11, 2025

Rules: Shopper participants must be 18+ years of age to enter. No purchase necessary to enter.  Businesses must be located in Michigan to be eligible for participation. Michigan Retailers Association membership is not required. One entry per person. One participating shopper will be awarded a $500 Visa gift card. MRA employees and their families are not eligible to enter. Contest entries mailed to MRA for entry must be received by December 8, 2025. Mail entries to 603 S. Washington Ave. Lansing, MI 48933
